New case
Missing items and needs of repair must be reported to the electronic help desk here. Please report only one type of problem in a case. You must choose the category of your concerns, and describe clearly and briefly what the case is about. You will get a receipt from the system.
The help desk is monitored by the inspectors during office hours. Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 3.30 pm. Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
The office is closed on official Danish holidays: Easter (Thursday - Monday), Common Prayer Day (Friday), Ascension Day (Thursday), Pentecost (Saturday - Monday), International Workers' Day (1 May from 12 noon), Constitution Day (5 June), Christmas (24 - 26 December), and New Year (31 December - 1 January).
Emergencies
For emergencies such as flooding, power failure in the entire building etc. outside office hours please contact the emergency number of your residence.
Locked out and lost key
If you lock yourself out or lose your key during office hours, please report it to the help desk. The inspector will let you in free of charge. Please note that it may take an hour or more for the inspector to come to your residence.
If you lock yourself out or lose your key outside office hours and wish to call the locksmith (De Blå Låsesmede +45 70262266) to let you in, please remember that it will cost you DKK 1000 to have the locksmith open the door to your room. The locksmith can't issue new keys/key tags. The cost will be deducted from your deposit. Please refer to the emergency information on this website for further details.
