Help desk
Please report any damages, needs for repair, missing inventory, etc. to the electronic help desk. The tickets are the basis for maintenance of rooms and apartments. When reporting, you must provide name, room number/apartment adress, phone number, and email address. You must choose the category of your request, and clearly and briefly describe what the case is about. You will get a receipt from the system.

If you lock yourself out or lose your key during office hours, please report it to the help desk. The inspector will let you in free of charge. Please note that it may take an hour or more for the inspector to come to your residence.

The help desk is monitored by the inspectors during office hours (Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. - 3.30 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.).

The office is closed on official Danish holidays: Easter (Thursday - Monday), Common Prayer Day (Friday), Ascension Day (Thursday), Pentecost (Saturday - Monday), International Workers' Day (1 May), Constitution Day (5 June), Christmas (24 - 26 December), and New Year (31 December - 1 January).

Lost keys/key tags during weekends and outside office hours:
If you lose your keys during weekends or after normal work hours, please call the locksmith. De Blå Låsesmede is available at +45 7026 2266. Please note that the locksmith will charge you a fee (normally app. DKK 1000), and that the locksmit can not issue replacement keys/tags. Please report the need for replacement keys at the help desk.
